Jay was great. He was responsive to discussing a time that worked for both of us. He came in and patiently solved removal of my ceiling hoist system with a variety of tools that he brought. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Jay is a knowledgeable guy who takes his time to figure out a plan before doing anything.
