FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule a time when one of our designers can meet with the customer at their location free of charge. Our designers measure the garage or closet area and work with the customer to see how they want to best use their storage space. The designer will provide a schematic of the layout of the garage for reference. When the customer gives the approval of the design to the designer, the customer will be put onto the installation schedule. Everything is built in house at the central manufacturing facility, then delivered and installed at the customer's home/estimate location. All of our installations are completed in one day (often in a few hours depending on the size and complexity of the job).

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ALWAYS use a LICENSED contractor. Any work contracted out / performed by someone who is not licensed to do said work leaves the customer liable for any damages / faulty work that may occur immediately at the job site or down the road.
