At first it was agreed that I would pay him via check and then after he finished the work he demanded that I be there within 20 minutes with cash. It was very late at night and my sick son was sleeping and when I told him I would be happy to wire him money or pay via credit card or mail a check he was very angry and called law enforcement and said I never had any intention on paying him. The following day he continued to intimidate me and threaten me with getting me thrown into jail if I did not pay him in cash within minutes. I meant up with his wife at the property where I gave her the cash and was met with a racist comment. I would not recommend this person to anyone not only because of the way I was treated but because there were definitely Corners cut when the work was being done. If you want to be intimidated Andover pay for a service this is the company to use

Ms.Cupani, firstly, we did agree upon payment via check, however the payment was to be made directly after service. Law enforcement was called because 20 minutes before I was done the job I tried to contact you via phone and you failed to answer. Immediately after I finished the job, I tried to call you, and you still didn't answer. I never intimidated you, I didn't want you to get in any trouble, it is a crime to request service, and not pay. 10 minutes after the police arrived, you called, and said that you couldn't come out, and that you would be willing to pay me however. I sent you a PayPal request, and you still didn't pay.I waited for you to make good on your word until 10a the next day, and you still didn't. I filed a report, and finally at 1p you gave me my money. As far as racism, I call you a liar. The work? look at the media, the before, and after speak for their selves. The dog feces, and urine are removed from your carpet, and wall. The mess you left is gone, so no corners cut on my end. Maintaining For You takes pride in knowing that we completed our job to the satisfactory of our customers. I'm sorry we couldn't please you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak over the phone with our customers to discuss the task needed in depth, maybe get some pictures. After a price is agreed upon, a deposit is made. We’ll complete the job, we’ll above your expectations. The customer will sign letter of satisfaction, remaining balance paid, and we’ll be outta your hair. Short and sweet!!

I realized that some people don't have the skills, the motivation and/or most of all, the time, to perform the tasks that we do.
