FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do the work for any customers I work for by pricing less than others quote. I would rather have the customers than try to make more money on any one job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I look the job over and figure the materials needed to complete the job. Then the customer pays for the materials and I give a set price for the job. Some other contractors charge more for the materials and bill the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All that I learned, I learned working with new home project managers doing pinch list items and customer service calls with various types of repairs and installations. All of this work was done with project managers of NV and RYAN homes. In particular with project manager Bill McGlinn. I have done decks, porches, tile back splashes, light fixtures, painting, landscaping, some plumbing and many other repairs and installations.
