FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Trust is extremely important in coaching. I like to have my first meeting/conversation with a new client as opportunity for them to get to know me. To make sure they feel comfortable and can see that I am the right person to help them on their journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in coaching for over 15 years and am a certified Hudson Institute Coach. I am a certified administrator in multiple assessments that can be utilized for insight in coaching sessions. I am also a licensed facilitator for a number of leadership courses from companies like Franklin Covey, Ken Blanchard and many more.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up on stage as an actress which enabled me to learn a lot about the human psyche through being different characters. I then moved into the travel industry and learned more about cultures and diversity. That led me to the corporate world and into the field of Leadership Development which deepened my coaching work. I have always been that person that people turn to for help and support. My past experience and growth has enhanced this natural talent into a full time job.
