- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This really is catered to what is needed in your home. I usually can accommodate most budgets. Typically I prefer flat rate so both parties know the 1 set price:). When first booked I take the request on my own, and if the customer prefers to have reoccurring service I will have them go through our service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to confirm and take note of the request. I prefer to book immediately and complete the task. Communication is important and we try to get all requested area's listed to satisfy our customers: )
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in a wide variety of the customer service, retail, nursery, car industry,housekeeping and concierge service.
