- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have standard pricing which is detailed on our website. We are also flexible and willing to work with your budget to solve your problems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process usually begins with a phone call from myself or one of my experience technicians. They will ask some basic question and attempt to fix the problem over the phone if possible. Once it is determined that a visit is needed, we will schedule a time to either visit you or for you to bring in your computer. From there we will asses the problem and let you know the best course of action.

With over 40 years of experience on our team we have attained training from various professionals.
