- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To give an accurate quote, we must set up an appt. that way we know exactly what needs to be done. And if the customer has any questions or concern regarding the project, the representative will be able to explain or clear any doubts during the appt.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a request from a customer, we email them to set up an appt. to look at the job that needs to be done. Then, we search for the material required for the job (always looking for lower prices to save our customer some $$) once we receive the material quote from one of our suppliers then we add it to the labor price. We then send out the quote via e-mail to the customer and if she/he agrees then we set up a start date and a estimated completion time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are experts in the field. The experience they have gather throughout the years has been a key factor in the delivery of good quality.
