I did not have a good experience with Elite tech services. My garage cable snapped and I wanted to have it fixed. The technician came home and was quoting more than 3 times the price for the spring and the cable ($149-$199 vs ~$40 for a pair of springs at home depot, and $49 vs $10 for a pair of cables). I was ok paying whatever his labor charges were and I get that he may be charging stocking fees for the parts but this seemed gouging. I did not like the attitude of the tech when I questioned him on this and did not use him.
