If you have a flooring job if it's carpet,laminent or vinyl this is the company to use. I scheduled this through Lowe's which was a terrible experience but from the moment Byron showed up I he put my mind at ease. He is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He made sure that my carpet would be installed perfectly and checked with me throughout the process. All the office staff Lori, Michelle and Belinda made it there person goal to get my carpet installed in time and always were kind and helpful. They remembered me by name and all the little details about my order. Ramon my installer and his team did an amazing job and I couldn't be more happy. I will never use another company besides emerald flooring, they have earned my business.
