- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of different menu options to cater to every customers taste and budget. We have pasta and taco bars for quick and low cost catering up to high end past dishes and 100% Authentic Mexican food for those who are wanting to spend a little more. Every menu is customizable to reduce cost where you see fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to start off with an intake meeting to get to know my customers. I want to know your flavor likes and dislikes, spicy or not spicy, sweet or savory desert preferences and be made aware of any food allergies or preferences for the meal. From there I can create a customized menu and desert options for you to review. I will generally supply my customers with a number of variations for their entrees as well as deliciously paired desserts.
