- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my clients prefer to communicate via e-mail. I am available by video chat as well. Once we determine we are a good fit, and you have hired me, my clients are sent a questionnaire to help me know details about their photography needs, as well as, how to prepare for their event or session. Generally within 2-3 weeks following their session, their images are uploaded to an online gallery where they can view, share, and order gift prints from. Once booked, I am here to help you through the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to having received at Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Film from Virginia Commonwealth University, I received a diploma in Graphic Design from the Arts Institute. My work as a Freelance Photographer has included clients like the Associated Press and the Richmond Times-Dispatch newspaper. I have worked as a Photographer's Assistant in a variety of areas (fashion photography being my favorite), as a portrait studio photographer, and as a photo studio manager just to name a few.
