- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preliminary meeting (normally phone/ video meeting) to make sure the match would be a good fit for both parties. Next a discussion of needs for your event. Then we move to deposit/ payments and contract signing Answer any concerns and questions. Scheduled follow up as needed per event
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is mainly field/ hands on experience. Non profit organizations.
