I had a really bad experience working with Lamel. To start with he wasn’t very responsive to my messages. Sometimes I had to call and check on things with him. I had a clear idea on how the decoration needs to be done and he was on board with it. However when it did not turn out the way I had imagined, he accused me of not taking his advice when he never gave one. To top it all he came 1 hour 15 mins late to the venue. He mentioned he got stuck in traffic and would put up the decor in just few minutes when he took well over an hour to be done with it. All my guests had arrived and he was still decorating. I would suggest hiring Lamel only for the twisting that he did with balloons. The kids enjoyed that but definitely but not a professional to deal with.May 7, 2018VerifiedLamel C.'s reply
Roopalini I do apologize that you feel the need to continue this well after your event. But if you feel you must throw me under the bus at least be truthful! For 6 weeks you called me day and night to get things right you changed your date and let’s not forget the considerable discount you got because you didn’t want to pay for what my services were worth. Let us also remember that I am I professional I keep receipts so me not being responsive I can show you the call logs and phone records that indicate otherwise. As far as being late yes I was late due to traffic being that I was traveling 140 miles away from home and had no idea there would be an accident but at least let them know that I stayed an additional 2 hours to make up for the time I wasn’t there although you didn’t pay me to be there that early based on what you paid for I was not late I arrived before the party you did not pay for decorating services. So before you speak bad of what I do please remember I keep receipts and have witnesses for everything that went on even when you told me air would be ok for the name. Let stem to the professional next time and don’t try to drag their name when there are so many facts against you!

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We typically start with a consultation to understand what your wishes are and your budget. Form there I build a package present you with an invoice for your package to confirm times dates and locations. Payments are submitted and I’m the day of the event I make magic happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have several years of management experience that helps me run my business. I have been doing event entertainment for quite a few years and have a good understanding of the business and what it takes to take your event to the next level.
