- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my pricing is an estimate. I feel like we don’t get as much needed information so based off of that I estimate and would love to talk to you more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m a very organized person so I love to meet with a client over coffee or lunch to discuss everything they are looking for. I take a ton of notes because I want to make sure I don’t miss the tiny details they want. Confetti may be small but you definitely know when it’s missing!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always loved being crafty with DIY projects and decorating for events with my family or friends. Growing up I took initiative with my mom during school events and fundraisers as well as family parties, then in my retail career I jumped at any opportunity to plan a birthday for a coworker, merchandise a wall, or host a work event. Now I’m finally going through with my life long dream to help others enjoy their days!
