- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do on bigger things by the square ft on new construction but when its demo and tear outs then replace. Its hard to do because you dont always know what to charge til you see whats under or behind what your tearing out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I stick to the same process with new or old customers and thats be honest. Do good work at a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All hands on and I had building trades in school but i just listened to the old timers growing up and working with them.
