- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My name is John Robertson, Owner of J.P.R. Painting. To give you the proper quote your are requesting, I prefer to set up an appointment to review the Home or Business you are looking to paint, stain, wall paper removal, have small drywall repair or have pressure washed. I would like to also speak with you on your budget. I don't want to give you a high quote, but a reasonable one. Quality is very important to my company. I will give you a quote based off the information that you provide to me. But if you don't mind, could you please give me a call? You may have to leave a message as I am on a site at times, but please give me a call. I am available days, nights, & weekends for your convenience. I look forward to speaking with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up an appointment on their time to review the areas that need painting, stained, small drywall repair, wall paper removal or pressure washed to give the customer a proper quote, but affordable. I also care about speaking to our customers about their budget, this is important, as I want to be affordable and provide Quality work. A lot of companies do not care what their customer could possibility afford and may not provide Quality work. But here at J.P.R. Painting, LLC, both Quality and Affordably Meet!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am experienced in Interior/Exterior painting, pressure washing, wall paper removal, wood staining/treatment, and small drywall repair.
