- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive. We base our pricing upon the square footage and age of the home. We do offer discounts when combining multiple services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is pretty simple. Once all the details (date, service(s), and pricing) are solidified we will send our Pre-Inspection agreement/contract to our client. We encourage our clients to be on site while we perform the inspection. This way we can answer any questions they may have about the property while we are both there. We also verbally review the property after the inspection with our client. A complete written report of the property will then be sent to our client within 24-48hrs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 30+ years experience in construction and remodeling and are licensed by NYS as a Home Inspector and Mold Assessor.
