Hello Ron- We're disappointed your experience with us wasn't what you expected. We pride ourselves in recommending exactly what's needed based on each customers equipment. Based on the age and cost of repair for your water heater, we recommend replacing your unit. We respect your feedback, but we do stand behind our inspection. We appreciate your feedback, and sincerely hope everything works out for you with your equipment. Respectfully- Temperature Doctors Respectfully- Joshua Dent

Definitely would use them again.Jun 7, 2017Verified
I'm a landlord in DeKalb and also a travel nurse. My property needed a new furnace and a/c, but being in California made it difficulty to meet potential contractors. I contacted 4 reputable companies and received estimates. I spoke with each of them at length by phone, but Josh from Temperature Doctors was the most thorough. He explained every detail of the install and explained the equipment he was going to use. His estimate wasn't the cheapest of the 4, but was highly competitive. His knowledge and professionalism gave me the peace of mind to hire his company even though I couldn't be there. Josh sent me pictures after they finished (which looked great), and the installation took less than 8 hours. In addition, Temperature Doctors offers 0% interest for 6 months on furnace and a/c installs which was enticing since I didn't want to pay the whole thing off immediately. I would recommend Temperature Doctors to future customers and would use them again.May 24, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? All of our work is done by flat rate. We find our customers appreciate knowing upfront how much a repair or replacement will cost, without worrying at the end how much the bill will be.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?No matter how many bids or quotes you receive, your satisfaction comes down to great communication with the professional you choose. My recommendation is the time and resources used getting multiple bids is best spent developing a relationship with one professional, and ensuring he does the highest quality work possible.
