No. Two Chicks guides you in creating a custom menu based on what you have envisioned. Once we get to know a little about you, we suggest menu options and together create the best menu for your special day!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Two Chicks is passionate about an organic catering experience from the moment you contact us. Every client is unique and we strive to create the best menu for YOU and YOUR family and friends. During our first conversation, we get to know all about you, your favorite foods, and what you imagine for your big day. All of our clients are treated to a private tasting with entrees prepared especially for them to choose from. After we have created a tasting menu together, you will then visit with one of our top chefs as they prepare dishes from your custom preliminary menus for you to savor in one of our tasting rooms. Your Catering Event Specialist will check in with you two weeks before your event to make sure all of your questions are answered, discuss any changes you may have, and make sure that the flow of the event runs just as you have envisioned. On the day of the event, our team will have everything set up and ready to go before you and your guests even arrive! Each event has a specialized Event Supervisor on hand to make sure all is well and your big day goes off without a hitch!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our head chef worked in the food industry for over 20 years! Once you taste our food, it's clear that Beth's recipes, training, and final product...comes straight from her heart and soul. Some people are born with a passion and at Two Chicks we are passionate about fresh, local, organic, heart warming food that makes you feel good. Two Chicks has won The Knot's "Best of Weddings" for 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2016 and has been inducted into The Knot's "Hall of Fame" for Best of Weddings!
