- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you hire us to create your website, you can anticipate the cost being anywhere from $800 to $5000 on average. For SEO work our prices start at $200 a month and go up from there. If you are hiring us for a paid ad campaign whether on social media or Google, the cost including ad spend starts at $500 a month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to make this process as easy as possible for you! 1. We will start with a phone call where you tell us more about your project and what your business needs are. Then we will ask you a bunch of quick questions in regards to how we can help you the most, and to make sure we're on the same page. 2. We will take care of whatever invoices are required, and then we can begin work! 3. We will let you know how progress is going on a regular basis. If it's a website project, when we are done you will have 3 revisions, just in case you would like a few changes or tweaks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are self-taught digital marketers and designers. Since 2015 we specialize in WordPress, Google Adwords, web hosting, SEO, and SEM(paid search marketing), and Facebook marketing.
