I am very competitive and my main objective is pricing and customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out their expectations. ie, what type of vacation they would like to plan, how many people, locations, amenities. What is important to one customer is not always the key to another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in every aspect of travel. The airlines, multiple travel agencies, and for corporations running their travel incentives.
