- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The average national rate for most investigators is $75.00 an hour. I have my fees set at the competitive rate of $65.00 an hour and requite a $1000.00 up-front retainer before initiating an investigation. Any unused balance off of the retainer will be returned to the client upon completion of the assignment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is not always necessary to meet with new clients in person. Much of our work takes place via the telephone or email communications. As long as communication is clear, case information can be handled remotely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background consists of initially working for one of the largest investigative firms in Arkansas from 1992 till sometime around 2004. I received primary training from a former Southern California detective who headed up the organized crime task force for his department. This individual would later go on to perform intel operations in Communist China before settling in Arkansas. In the past I have had the privileged to work alongside and learn from outstanding LEO's and detectives in my area and the surrounding states.
