- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer to get a solid understanding of the services they want. Next, I'll visit the property to measure square footage and see if there are any additional questions I may have. I'll then follow up for clarification and prepare a detailed quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. and an MBA from Auburn University. Additionally, I have a Georgia Pesticide Contractor's License certified in Category 41 (Commercial Mosquito Control) and Category 24 (Ornamental & Turf Pest Control).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the provider understands what you need and that you feel communication will be easy. Ensure that you will be comfortable with someone on your property and that they will treat it as if it were their own. Ensure that they are properly insured and that they have the appropriate license(s)....as an example, if someone if providing weed/pest control they should have a Georgia Pesticide Contractor's license.
