I hired Tim to resolve a hot water pressure and temperature issue on our gas tankless unit. It was taking 8 minutes for hot water to reach our master shower and then it would not hold temperature. He performed an exhaustive assessment to determine what the problem might be. After hours of deliberative searching, including phone calls to Navien tech support, he was able to determine we had a clogged supply line in the copper pipe that was only allowing a fraction of the water to pass. I'm surprised the water in our home was even operable. Tim is honest and fair with super high standards. I consider myself super handy, though this is my first tankless unit and it was worth the investment with Deco. It now takes 45 seconds for the hot water to reach our master shower and the water temperature sustains. Our shower experience has been full restored thanks to Tim.

Recently had Deco Plumbdogs tie into an existing waterline and venting system so we could add another sink for a kitchenette/wet bar. Great price, very easy to work with and we got an install that does what we want. Can’t ask for much more than that!
