- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a bid from a new customer, I call them first to set up a time we can meet so I can look at the work they want done. I then write down all the info and take measurements of the project. I then tell them I will get back to them within 24 hours to give them the bid, via Email, Text or in writing in person if they want. If they choose me for the job and agree to the bid, I then write up a contract for the work. we both sign it to protect us both. The customer picks a date for us to start. I call them the day we start to keep in contact with them. I also let them know if there is additional work that I may find, and I wait to there approval before I start new work that wasn't on the work order. I want the new customer to feel at ease when using me for their project, so I stay in contact with them anytime they have any questions.
