- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on size of job, how much time/ people needed, materials required, and mileage if running errands for the client. If client requires specialty packing material or itemized inventory lists, prices can shoot up significantly. Each project is different and prices vary. Small efficiency and 1 bedroom apartments start as low as $60/hr. for 1 organizer. 2-3 bedrooms start as low as $65/hr. per organizer ($130/hr for 2 organizers). Large 3+ bedroom homes or offices can start as low as $150/hr, and as high as $200/hr. for 3 workers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Map a plan for the client such as a walk through, estimate, or proposal. After client agrees to services, will be placed on the schedule and work will take place as discussed.
