- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and scope of your job. We offer an open-book pricing system. Our expert will figure all pricing right there with you at the time of the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is what sets us apart. We perform a full inspection and evaluation of your project before we offer a quote. We find that, often times a customer needs less than what they are asking for. Since honesty is our policy, we make sure we are only quoting work that you, the customer, actually needs. Once the inspection is complete, we walk you through the process from start to finish, talk options, then, when we know exactly what your needs are, we give you a free no-obligation quote. We know your home is important to you, so we take care that you will be fully satisfied with the work we do to it before we begin.
