FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone consult, email or even text message is the best way to get started. From there we will discuss the client's organizational or styling needs and the goals that they want to achieve. Some client's just need me for one day, to help them set up their new home, or purge before packing to move. Others have a long list of things that they want to accomplish. That first contact is when we get those large details sorted out.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised in a very well organized home and family. "Everything had it's place and a place for everything" had been all that I'd ever known- until having children. I had to reassess my organizational methods and time management skills. These are all things that I hope to pass onto my clients. We aren't all born overly organized or raised in a home such as that, but there are so many methods and tricks to learn that will help ease the burden an unorganized home and life can bring.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Definitely make sure that any provider you hire, from Thumbtack or any other source has been Background Check verified. Above all else, safety is first priority!
