I have used Alan for years to fix my computers. After other service companies failed to fix my computers, Alan always could fix the problems. He also will spend time showing me how to best use my computer and what to watch out for. He is readily available to answer any questions.

Both my laptop and desktop were a mess..viruses..too many unnecessary programs..etc. Alan helped me clean it all up and both computers are now working perfectly. I appreciated his thoroughness and patience. I am so relieved to have found a knowledgeable computer tech who I can trust.

I had an incredible experience with Alan... I was travelling and my computer needed service, repair and the replacement of a keyboard. Alan was willing to help inmediately, did an amazing job and went out of his way to find a part in 24 hours so I could have my computer back as soon as possible. He communicated with me by email and phone calls to keep me updated. I dont remember the last time that a service was so responsible, effective and willing to help. Thank you Alan!!!

I had some ransom-ware show up on my computer, I was given Alan's name by a very trusted friend. He came right out to my house, like within 2 hours and spent the next 3 getting it straighten out. I have had no problems since then and that was 3 months ago. I would call him in a heartbeat if I had a problem again. He really knows his stuff and best of all he didn't make me feel like an idiot because I am a semi computer illiterate. Thank you Alan
