I asked several times for an invoice after I overpaid for the project. He never sent the invoice and after I reached out over and over again he still did not send. He also quoted me a different price and once the job was done it was higher. I ended up paying $600 more than what he initially told me. In addition, he wouldn't take a credit card for a $2500 dollar job. Who has that kind of cash just hanging around? I liked the guy but the whole thing was very frustrating and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I gave two stars because the water heater he installed works but I have to say I am frustrated that I never received the invoice still to this day. This makes things difficult for me to recommend him to anyone.

I'm very sorry for delay with getting you a receipt.A receipt and invoice was sent last. The price I quoted was for the water Heater. You also had other issues which I addressed. I believe in giving my a fair price for the work done. If you issues I will always call back and take care of the problem. I did not accept credit card at time of service. I could not until proper credit card machine was sent to me. I was more the happy to accept a check as a form of payment. I'm sorry once again about your experience. I will strive to do better and hopefully you'll give my company a second chance.
