I want to replied to this review she has decided to write on me but you have to know the whole truth and not just the customers side of things because everyone there's two sides to every story. absolutely terrible is what she created upon herself I won't say she was a bad woman because I don't know her. I won't say she was terrible because I don't know her but but I will she could not makeup her mind on what she wanted to do it does not take other people's time into consideration. what you don't realize is that we don't sit around on corners parking lots and wait for you all to get ahold of us. some of us are actually running a business here. so I can't say was not a really good customer for one she set her move a month in advance so I had schedule the day and the truck for her she did not call me and tell two days before her move and told me she was not moving on that day I was okay with that then when it came time for her to move on the date she told us. she reschedule again it again then the middle of the night. then she reschedule so to me it seemed like she was very uncertain on when she was going to be ready to so we rescheduled for her on the same day she wanted but later on that day because she wanted to me to wait around from 7 a.m. in the morning which that's when my day starts until 1 o'clock in the afternoon we would have lost money waiting for her to decide whether she wanted to move or not she said she was waiting on the realtor I understand that . my whole day be tied up waiting on a realtor. I often her that Saturday so we can start in the morning to get her taken care of I couldn't keep going off of maybe the next day week I don't know but that's my money my livelihood my bills have to get paid I understand she is the customers and you will come first comes first she couldn't decide and she's not the only customer that I have waiting to move so yes I did schedule someone else before her I could not make them wait on her and the realtor to figure out when you were signed paperwork when she was moving out any of that whether she was or wasn't and yes the other move took longer than anticipated. so in my defense for anyone who does read this you have the whole story and not just half and I put my all into any job I do for anyone.
