Louis was recommended on Next door land park. I hired him over a year ago and had him do numerous projects. Replacing lights, building shelves in amour, to totally updating old , outdated laundry room. He patch walls, installed bead board and trim and painted entire room! It turned out beautiful!
He's done a lot of painting on the inside along with painting out entire outside of house.
I can honestly say he does such an amazing job on ALL project in a timely and good job.
One thing that I've appreciated is his recommendations and eye for improvements with no pressure.
I can honestly say I have nothing negative to say about his work, communication or price.

Louis always arrives when promised and does an excellent job, but he also does so much more. If you ask him to do something he hasn't done before (in my case, build ramps) he will do hours of research and give you a great result. For the ramp project, he also suggested hand rails--an excellent idea. He is also an artist, so if you need suggestions about colors or design, he will provide them -- and bring samples for you to see (such as actual paint when I was choosing colors for interior painting, not just chips). For exterior painting, he got me an upgraded product at no extra cost. He does routine things, but he is also a great person to call if you have an unusual project to do.

The first day of the job I was late, so while he was waiting for me he noticed our gate was not closing properly and fixed it, which had nothing to do with the painting job- Awesome! Louis painted the outside of my house. He filled in cracks and fixed numerous issues before the actual painting. he does not cut corners and the finished project looked great.
