- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting the customer in person, getting familiar with the pool and surrounding landscape as well as pool equipment. And explaining my service policy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 plus years working in the field and special course training I took during those years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in need of a job and landed a job with a local well established pool service company. I worked for this company for 6 years after learned everything I needed to know then I got offered better pay at a different company which I worked for another year until finally I went on my own. Now I have been in business for my self since 2015.
