- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $120 for the initial meeting which includes everything from consultation to cooking classes and kitchen organization. From there I charge $75 for an hour session and $45 for a half hour session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I will meet with the client to do a Nutrition Assessment and learn all about the clients needs and goals. I not only focus on nutrition consulting but teaching basic cooking skills, organizing kitchens, food shopping tours, and menu planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Nutrition Science with a focus in Sports Performance Cuisine. Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. Former Team Chef and Nutritionist for: -US Women's Soccer Team - Sacramento Kings - University Of Oregon Athletic Department
