- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since my business is smaller I try to work with each individual couple and their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send the quote. Follow up with a call If I have been given the number. Once I have spoken to them, set up a meeting to get their ideas and make sure they feel comfortable working with me. If all goes well we sign a contract and start going over ideas and I get to work. 😊
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken communication classes, which helps a lot in this business. It is important to listen to what your client wants while being creative with the ideas you can pull from their individual stories to make each and every event unique.
