Booking over 50 weddings a year we are growing into a well known on-site beauty company. We specialize in bridal styling, airbrush cosmetics and custom airbrush tanning. Over all I received a lot of compliments on my makeup and I was really happy with my airbrush! She helped cover up some blemishes that decided to pop up the day before the wedding. However, her and her assistant were late day of the wedding, and my ear showed on the left side which honestly makes me self conscious looking at my wedding photos and video. I told her about my insecurity during my trial but I guess she was rushed the day of the wedding and forgot. I did have wet hair so I knot that caused a little delay, but she said she had planned an extra 30 minutes on me for just in case.. and at a certain point I told her she could just use the hair dryer. I really really wish my ear would have been covered. The tardiness could almost be forgiven (she was also late for the trial but I never imagined she wouldn't plan extra time the day of our wedding) even though it stressed me out and made me late for photos, but the ear.. that can't be fixed - it shows and I just have to deal with it. Now every time I watch my video it's all I see. Maybe I can learn to let it go, and maybe its just a life's lesson I will have to come to terms with - but I feel like it shouldn't be something that I had to learn on my wedding day. Over all I would recommend Baily for makeup, I think that's what she specializes in, and plan 2.5 hours for bridal hair and makeup.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers contact us, get information, fill out a Service Agreement and send that in with their $100.00 deposit. And we then schedule a consultation to go over their agreement. Once all their booking process is locked in we book a trial and lock those details in! The next time we see our lovely brides and clients are the day of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Cosmetology School in 2012 and have been doing bridal/event beauty services since.
