James came over to check out why my water was only letting hot out of the shower spout and no cold. I thought I had done my research to see if I could somehow figure it out myself. But he immediately took action, started investigating and in not too long of time realized someone had messed with the valve for the cold water running to the shower. I had tried it myself before but he explained to me that it was tight and hard to move so that I probably wasn't applying enough pressure to open it up. He is helpful, knowledgeable and respectful! He got the job done and I am so extremely happy I don't have to limit my hot water in the shower now!! I will definitely be calling him in the future with plumbing issues.

I had James come out to inspect my faucet that began to leak. Upon during a thorough inspection, he advised me to either order a new part within the faucet or purchase another that was more up to date. He was very honest in the process and gave me options to consider along with a professional outlook for my situation. After running out to get a new faucet, he had it inspected and installed in one hour. He even fixed a couple of things I wanted done post install without getting short or grumbling, which is extremely rare. James has the heart of a servant and enjoys what he does, I would highly recommend him to friends and family.
