We hired Ryan to do a restoration project after having water damage in our home. There were three levels that were affected. We needed removal of flooring and new flooring installed, as well as drywall work, carpet stretching, trim work and painting. Ryan did an exceptional job with all aspects of the work. He got the job done quickly and made sure daily that the worksite was clean and that we could still make use of the spaces in our home that were being worked on. His professional attitude and his quality work ensure we will use him for many other projects that we want to get done. Would recommend him without reservation to do work in any home.Oct 16, 2018

I didn't even hire him for a job yet but he was super helpful explaining what the costs were to do the job I was considering having done. He wasn't pushy, just very nice about answering my questions. Thanks Ryan.Aug 25, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Since all jobs are unique, pricing is generally unique to each job as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typical Process for working with a new customer is they are looking for a service I provide, I provide an estimate, upon verbal acceptance of estimate then a contract is signed. We coordinate a timeline for the project and then work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked in various trades for the past 20 years (general construction, electrical, commercial roofing, etc). It has given me a wide range of experience in all trades. My father is a master electrician so I have a broad range of electrical experience. We worked together for many years doing electrical contracting, and then started remodeling houses. After a few years of remodeling, he had the idea to “move” houses. I thought he was crazy, but it gave me a jump start in all the experience that I lean on as a basis for this company. As our motto states: “From Footings to Finish and Everything in between”, moving houses let me learn how the construction/remodeling of a house is done right.
