FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since all jobs are unique, pricing is generally unique to each job as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical Process for working with a new customer is they are looking for a service I provide, I provide an estimate, upon verbal acceptance of estimate then a contract is signed. We coordinate a timeline for the project and then work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in various trades for the past 20 years (general construction, electrical, commercial roofing, etc). It has given me a wide range of experience in all trades. My father is a master electrician so I have a broad range of electrical experience. We worked together for many years doing electrical contracting, and then started remodeling houses. After a few years of remodeling, he had the idea to “move” houses. I thought he was crazy, but it gave me a jump start in all the experience that I lean on as a basis for this company. As our motto states: “From Footings to Finish and Everything in between”, moving houses let me learn how the construction/remodeling of a house is done right.
