FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a call from a new customer, we first ask you to describe your concerns with your indoor air quality. After a few questions, we are usually able to provide a quote for our assessment on the phone and are usually able to schedule an appointment within 1 business day of your call. Our appointments begin with an initial site inspection to first evaluate if there is a problem. We collect several building diagnostics to determine the extent of the problem. Our building diagnostics often include moisture measurements, temperature & humidity readings, infrared scans, etc. We then determine if bioaerosol sampling is necessary and if so, what areas are needed. Most homes only need 2 indoor samples. With the newest testing technology currently available, we collect air samples to determine the total mold spore counts in a room. You will know the results during our appointment - no more waiting days to find out if your home has a mold problem! At the conclusion of our inspection, we are able to provide valuable information to you that other companies would take days to share. You can expect to know the following by the end of your appointment: - If you have a mold problem - What rooms are affected - The cause of the problem - Recommendations for how to solve your indoor air quality problems You will also receive all applicable reports via email within 2-4 hours of your appointment! There is no other company in Northeast Florida that can provide such a fast turnaround time on valuable reports. You can expect to receive an assessment report, a remediation protocol, and any other specialized reports that are tailored to your situation.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this type of work as a helper when I was 17 years old and just trying to make enough money to go out to eat with my friends. I was blessed to have the owner of that company as a true mentor that believed in me and my skills. Over the years I became more dedicated and saw the benefit of educating myself in this industry through certifications. I worked my way up the ladder from a helper to a technician, foreman, project manager, and restoration director. Through the support of my wife and family, I decided to open my own company so I can give customers the help and care they deserve.
