- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process involves me having either a phone or face-to-face consultation with a prospective client to gain a better understanding of their tax situation. I will provide them with a free quote of the tax services I am able to provide them based upon the tax services they are requesting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. I have been preparing taxes for 5 years.
