I have an ASS Network Administration and Security, over two years, experience, and the following certification: • CompTIA A+. • PC Servicing. • Computer System Technology. • Network Specialist. • Microsoft System Administrator. I have experience fixing computer and network remotely and talking clients through a step by step replacement of hardware components. I do this I use Windows remote assistant, or remote desk and Team Viewer. At all times you can see and interact with me by phone, Chat or skype. I will explain what am doing, why am doing it and answer all your questions. Every precaution will be taken to recover, protect your privacy and data. However, sometimes data will be lost or unrecoverable. When a customer problems are resolved above there expectations.
