Easy to communicate when I need to discuss possible changes. Ealy would call if he has been delayed. He presented a contract which we discussed before work began. If an additional task were desired, those were agreed on by Ealy and me the customer. Ealy has a crew who have assisted him only various jobs. He does check on the work performed. He is nearly finished with the contracted work. Ealy takes pride in the quality work he has completed.
