During the Summer of 2016 our roof experienced high winds and damage that created a roof leak. The team from B. Raines was out at our home within 24 hours to install an emergency tarp and get the process started on replacing the roof.
While getting a roof replaced can be a lot of paperwork and timing, dealing with B. Raines was honestly the easiest part of the whole process. Customer service is very important during this process and they continued to stay in touch with my wife and I. This level of attention is what really impressed us. Even after the roof was completed they continued to call to check in, making sure everything was okay.

B. Raines construction did our entire downtown hotel roof last year ! Professional and on time... honesty was a little hesitant for such a big job but Brian came through ! Did such a great job we gave out referrals to other property owners ... no doubt we will be calling him from now on ! Great job!
