We called these guys after we hired someone else on Thumbtack that was a “no show and no call.” Called these guys and they were immediately responsive (on a weekend) and came out as scheduled the following Monday. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to get some information over the phone and then set up an on-site inspection and estimate. At this appointment I talk with the customer about what they are trying to achieve, take pictures and measurements. I usually email the completed estimate the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 35 years experience in construction trades.
