Introduction: I believe that we all possess the capability for healing, both within ourselves as well as in our relationships, but sometimes we need help. I have a passion for meeting people where they are and working with them on meeting their personal growth goals. I work with children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families. One of the things that makes my practice unique is I facilitate my sessions in the comfort of your own home. For those that prefer, I do hold limited office hours. In addition to talk therapy, I also provide EAGALA model Equine Assisted Psychotherapy & Learning. This brief, powerful and highly effective therapy approach helps individuals and families meet their treatment goals while working alongside horses. There is no riding.
