- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My grooming prices depend on size of dog and coat type. I can give a ballpark price but without seeing the dog in person I cannot guarantee the price. I do offer discounts for first time clients (free nail grinding upgrade), booking your next appointment ($5 off), and referring friends ($5 off).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When clients come in for their appointment we always have a 5-15 minute consultation. I really like to make the dog feel relaxed and comfortable as well as answer any questions the pet parent may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started grooming in 2011 in a corporate salon. After about a year and a half I decided I wanted a better connection with my clients and their pets. Quality was my goal and corporate is geared towards quantity not quality. I groomed for a few locally owned shops and gained experience working under senior groomers.
