FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way I handle my pricing is I figure the cost of each job and add a percentage for overhead and profit which is very competitive to the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an initial meeting with the customer to discuss there job and give them my expertise. I then discuss options and products with the customer. I will then get my measurements and figure how much the job will cost. Depending on the complexity of the job and can get an estimate to the customer within 24-48 hours. If it takes longer I will explain to the customer why. I will then present the customer with a detailed estimate and explain how the job would go. Once the contract/estimate is approved I will then get the job scheduled and get a start date. I manage all of my jobs so the customer will have access to me personally at all times through the process of the job.
