- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that my pricing is fair because I am true to my word, do the best that I can, and do whatever it takes to make my customers happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure that the customer and I are on the same page and that I know what they are looking for. I also try to educate them and walk them through the process so that they know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in lawn care for 2 years, concrete for 6 years, windows for 6 years (4 as a foreman), and currently work as a sub contractor.
